Introduction Post
Hello, welcome to HurinBlog. This is the introduction post for the blog and here I'll talk about my motivation to start writing a blog and I'll also give an overview of the content you can expect to find here over time. In the end I'm gonna introduce myself.
How the idea of a blog came up?
This blog was born from my desire of sharing knowledge and helping people learn. Two or three years ago, I had the ideia of doing it through a blog, but at that time, I was not ready to start this journey because I felt I didn't have enough experience to write about the technologies that would be pleasant to me and also not enough experience to develop a blog from scretch, without using any template from the internet, so it was postponed to a time when I have enough knowledge and experience to talk about the subjects I chose and that I could give the blog the dedication I'd like to give.
My working day, be it professionaly or in personal projects involves, React, Typescript and NextJS. The greatest part of my knowledge on these technologies came from documentation and free content on videos, blogs or articles around the internet. As since the hight school, I like to help people learn and to do their journey easier along a knowledge they want to learn, nothing more fair them creating some content to bring information, so people could use it to learn, and with that I can keep the legacy of free opensource content going on.
What you will find here
At the moment of this post, I'm looking at this blog as a personal project with an opportunity of bringing free content to those interested. Because of this I chose to talk about technologies that makes part of my day by day, this way I can keep motivated to regularly bring content here.
So you can expect to see here, programming content about:
- React;
- Typescript;
- NextJS;
- HTML and CSS;
Sometimes I will also wright about technology in general.
And as I'm an enthusiastic of arts and design, I have plans to invite other people to make special participations on the blog, so perhaps we will have some posts about arts and design in the blog as well.
About the Author
My name is Fernando, I'm from Brazil, I have a bachelor degree in nuclear engineer and I also have a master degree in nuclear engineering with focus on machine learning. I chose to work in web development more focused on frontend because it has a more visual appeal where I can put a sense of art on my work. Since I was very young I always liked to draw and to paint, but I also like technology a lot and the frontend development was the way I found to unite both in my working day.
On my free time I like to draw and to paint and I also like to read, I read almost every kind of book, to play games and to watch movies and animes.
